Your Nutrition Documentary Sucks

This week on Your Diet Sucks, Kylee and Zoë take a hard look at health documentaries, specifically the cult classic Game Changers (aka, the boner experiment film), along with other nutrition flicks that convince people to rethink their entire diet for about a week.

We break down why these documentaries go full fear-mongering, how they cherry-pick studies to push an agenda, and why they’re so obsessed with masculinity and strength. We call out the biggest nutrition myths they recycle and share how to actually fact-check food and health claims so you don’t get duped.

Plus, Zoë does what she does best: rage-Googling studies in real-time and asking the important questions, like, who decided we needed a documentary about penis blood flow?

Hit play, grab your popcorn (or maybe a block of cheese like we did), and let’s dig in.
